The course spans the bridge between IP law and hands-on deal making. The speakers will address key issues raised in the IP pharma-biotech sector, from the patentability of biotech inventions, to licensing law, to deal-making tools relating to patentabiltiy of biotech inventions, licensing law to deal making tools relating to valuation of biotech inventions and pharma deals per se. Special emphasis will be given to the recent EPO decisions.
